The TCS Consultant travels to the client site(s) and facilitates the structured interviews and data collection process with the client IT staff and subject matter experts. When the data collection for all Standard subjects is compelete (typically 2 - 3 full days), TCS will analyze the Audit data, score the findings, and create the Audit reports.

The Audit reports are ready 5 business days after the completion of the interviews. TCS e-mails the audit reports (PDF files) to the Client Contact, and schedules a conference call to review and discuss the Audit results and recommendations.
TCS performs the Standard Audit as a fixed price service, plus actual travel expenses. When multiple environments (applications, locations, business units, etc.) are ordered, a discount of 33% is applied for each additional environment.

TCS performs the a la carte Audit as a fixed price service, based upon the number of selected Audit subjects, plus actual travel expenses. When multiple environments (applications, locations, business units, etc.) are ordered, a discount of 33% is applied for each additional environment.
TCS provides "hands-on" Project and Program Management and/or leadership assistance to the client in defining the tasks, resources, sequencing, and daily execution of project tasks to improve the current state.
Typical tasks that require project management include project communications, infrastructure design changes, component/device acquisition or configuration changes, vendor management, training, component testing, migration planning, acceptance testing, documentation, etc.
TCS services are available on an hourly basis.
TCS provides consulting support to client IT staff during the planning, remediation or implementation of Best Practices.
TCS services are available on an hourly basis.
TCS provides a week long, on-site "classroom" instructional experience to teach the uses and benefits of IT Best Practices for up to 10 client IT staff members. The client provides the classroom facility, and selects the subjects to be covered (time permitting) in the class.
TCS provides the IT Best Practices Training Service on a fixed price basis.
This option provdies the client with the same audit coverage as the Standard IT Best Practices Audit (5 subjects - see above), at a lower cost. The client provides the staff to facilitate the the structured interviews and data collection process.
When the data collection for all Standard subjects is compelete, the client facilitator transmits the survey data to TCS for analysis, scoring, and reporting.
TCS provides the Self Service IT Best Practices Audit on a fixed price basis. When multiple environments (applications, locations, business units, etc.) are ordered, a discount of 33% is applied for each additional environment.
This option provdies the client with the same audit coverage as the Premium IT Best Practices Audit (8 subjects - see above), at a lower cost. The client provides the staff to facilitate the the structured interviews and data collection process.
When the data collection for all Premium subjects is compelete, the client facilitator transmits the survey data to TCS for analysis, scoring, and reporting.

Our IT Financial Benchmarking solution defines the client's performance metrics for workload, costs, and staffing, and compares these metrics to industry peers.
The benchmark utilizes a standardized process of data collection, validation, statistical analysis, and report generation. The benchmark reports provide metrics for hardware, software, sourcing and personnel associated with each functional area of the IT organization.
Clients receive baseline and comparative benchmarks of their organizations to understand how their investments impact the organization, and can easily identify areas of opportunities for cost reduction and improved service to users and customers.
This option is a limited version of the Full IT Financial Benchmark Service detailed above, providing 20 benchmark statistics.
